What Your Day Will Look Like

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
