  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant market trends to offer the best support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in a multinational setting, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with standard office applications.
