What You'll Do
Build, coach, and retain a high-performing engineering team (hiring, growth, feedback, performance)
Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
Drive delivery of AI-powered capabilities from idea to production with strong execution, quality, and operational ownership
Create clarity in ambiguity: make decisions, validate assumptions early (often with customer input), and iterate based on learnings
Improve engineering practices and team effectiveness (process, tooling, reliability, collaboration)
What We're Looking For
5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years leading teams
Proven people leadership: coaching, motivation, and building inclusive, high-performing teams
Strong technical judgment; able to understand complex systems and guide architectural trade-offs
Product mindset and customer empathy; comfortable iterating with feedback
Clear communicator who can align cross-functional partners and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment
Strong curiosity about AI and a learning mindset: stays up to date, experiments, and applies new capabilities thoughtfully to real customer problems
