Digicom Technology Solutions (DTS), headquartered in the USA, is looking for a senior level NOC Engineer to work remotely from your India based home office and support the IT infrastructure for our USA based clients. We are an IT managed services (MSP) business that specializes in a high-quality, customer focused approach to designing, managing, and maintaining computer networks for organizations throughout the USA and have been in business since 2008. Working hours will include IST afternoon/evening hours, including a 1-hour break.

Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively anticipate, pre-empt, diagnose, and solve hardware, network, and software problems utilizing our RMM technology.
• Administration and management our RMM platform (ConnectWise Automate).
• Analyze anti-virus, server, workstation, and device security logs for malicious activity.
• Windows & device patch management.
• Windows network monitoring and management.
• Addressing auto-generated RMM alert tickets.
• Network detection, diagnosis, and assessment.
• Veeam backup and storage management.
• Antivirus, firewall, and other security scanning and resolution.
• Application software installations, troubleshooting, and updating.
• Assume responsibility for on time and efficient service.
• Following documented processes for completing tasks.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer's specific business environments.

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Fluent in English and able to carry on conversations in English with ease.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience.
• IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, ConnectWise CCPA, LabTech LTCP, or Cisco CCNA.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Experience with ConnectWise Automate
• Windows PowerShell and Batch Scripting expertise
• 5+ years IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of SSL and cryptography protocols as they relate to Microsoft environments.
• Broad knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, and RDS (Remote Desktop Services).
• Broad knowledge of Windows Desktop OS & MS Office Suites.

Extra Points For:

• Experience with our vendor/partner technology including Microsoft, Eset, ConnectWise Manage, Cisco Umbrella, Ubiquity, WatchGuard, Axis Communications, Atlassian, Lenovo, and HP.
• Experience in an MSP environment.
• Software development skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• ₹12,00,000 - ₹14,00,000 yearly or more depending on skills and experience.
