Job Description

Are you a hands-on Senior UI/UX Designer looking to join a growing design team? If you’re passionate about scalable design systems, user research, data-informed iteration, and seamless collaboration between design and code, we might have just the role for you.

Rhino Entertainment is on the lookout for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape world-class digital experiences in the dynamic world of iGaming. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable user experiences across our products and brands. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident owning features end-to-end, enjoys solving complex UI/UX challenges, and wants to contribute to a design system and multi-brand ecosystem.

What your role will look like:

• Own features from discovery through to delivery
• Translate briefs and product requirements into considered design solutions
• Design complete user journeys, including edge cases, system states, and micro-interactions
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction and motion clearly
• Document and hand off work to ensure smooth implementation
• Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Work autonomously while remaining aligned with broader product and business goals
• Contribute to and expand our design systems
• Build scalable components and patterns
• Ensure features scale across devices and multiple brands within our ecosystem
• Maintain well-structured, organised Figma files
• Support new product launches and rebrands
• Apply and evolve branding across product experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience in digital products
• Strong understanding of UX principles and end-to-end flow design
• Ability to handle complex product problems with clarity and structure
• Experience designing for scale across multiple devices (web, mobile)
• Comfortable creating interactive prototypes
• Strong communication skills — able to explain rationale and defend decisions constructively
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work
• Nice to have:
• Experience in online casino, sportsbook, or entertainment products is a strong advantage
• Experience working within multi-brand or white-label ecosystems
• Visual design skills (branding, UI assets, motion)
• Experience conducting research (competitor analysis, journey mapping, user testing)
• Ability to collaborate with data analysts and use insights to inform design decisions
