Assist clients with travel accommodations, cruises, tours, and related services
Provide destination information and personalized travel recommendations
Coordinate confirmations, updates, and booking changes with travel suppliers
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Residency in the U.S., U.K., or approved regions
