This position combines customer service, travel coordination, and relationship management in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Required Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with travel accommodations, cruises, tours, and related services

  • Provide destination information and personalized travel recommendations

  • Coordinate confirmations, updates, and booking changes with travel suppliers

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Residency in the U.S., U.K., or approved regions
