Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Jersey, USA. This is a part-time position, with a commitment of 20 hours per week. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and materials
• - Create and manage content for our website, social media, and other digital platforms
• - Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows and other industry events
• - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement
• - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our marketing strategies are relevant and effective

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• - Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• - Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation
• - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
