We are currently hiring Customer Support Travel Advisors to assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and post-booking support. In this fully remote role, you will provide professional customer service while coordinating flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping clients and solving travel-related inquiries. No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided. Multiple openings available.
Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Manage booking confirmations, travel updates, changes, and cancellations
Provide destination information and travel recommendations
Troubleshoot travel-related issues and provide timely resolutions
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Stay updated on travel policies, supplier promotions, and industry updates
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable using online systems and booking platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
