: Sales Development Representative

Monthly Rate: $650-1000/month

Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week

Time Zone: 11AM-3PM EST

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Build and refine call lists from pre generated lead lists in Airtable

- Verify each company actually does pool cleaning (not builders, not buyers)

- Spend ~60 seconds per lead to find owner/decision-maker first name from website/public listings

- Make outbound cold calls to pool service company owners while they’re in the field

- Introduce Route Sales and the brokerage offering

- Explain high level value (lower fees, better process for buyers and sellers)

- Warmly qualify interest in discussing a potential sale of their business or route

- Set qualified appointments

- Confirm availability and book meetings

- Clearly document call outcomes and key notes in Airtable

- Do light follow up and multi touch outreach

- Send follow-up emails after calls where appropriate

- Make multiple call attempts per lead over time

- Keep CRM/lead tracker organized

- Update statuses in Airtable (e.g., no answer, interested, not interested, follow-up date)

- Maintain clean records so Tara and Trey can pick up conversations smoothly

- Collaborate on process improvement

- Provide feedback on scripts and objection handling

- Support refinement of outreach system and metrics as they learn what works

Good to have:

- Experience in SDR/appointment setting for service businesses or similar industries

- Familiarity with US small business owners / blue collar trades (e.g., home services)

- Experience doing light lead research (finding decision-maker names, contact details)

- Comfort giving feedback on scripts, messaging, and KPIs

- Any prior experience in route-based businesses or M&A/brokerage context

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Strong outbound cold calling experience and comfort calling US business owners

- Clear, confident, and friendly spoken English

- Reliable tracking and organization of calls and followups in Airtable

- Ability to follow and refine a system for multi touch outreach

- Professionalism and care for customer experience

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Airtable (current lead/CRM tracking)

- Outscraper (used by Trey/Tara to generate initial lead lists)

- Potential future tools for dialing / email (not specified yet; open)
