We are hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join one of our partner agencies.

This opportunity is ideal for agents or producers with prior experience at State Farm, Allstate, Farmers Insurance, American Family, or similar captive insurance agencies who are looking for more support, more opportunity, and a stronger system to grow.

What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will:

  • Sell auto, home, life, and financial protection products to new and existing clients
  • Work with warm inbound leads provided by the agency
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend proper coverage
  • Follow a proven, structured sales process with coaching and support
  • Build long-term client relationships and grow your book of business

Preferred Qualifications

Strong candidates typically have:

  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Active Life & Health license
  • Insurance sales or producer experience (State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, American Family, etc.)
  • Confidence in a consultative sales environment
  • A competitive, coachable mindset

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid insurance license in the state of employment or be willing to obtain one.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
