Key Responsibilities

  • Provide back office support for Polish-speaking customers, addressing gaming-related inquiries through various communication channels.

  • Document customer interactions with high accuracy and maintain comprehensive records of processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with gaming products, industry developments, and relevant regulations to deliver knowledgeable support.
  • Engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the gaming sector.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or back office roles, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, focused on providing excellent customer service.
