In this role, you will provide front-line support to clients by assisting with system-based travel bookings, resolving application-related issues, and ensuring all reservation details are accurate and properly documented.
This position combines customer service, technical troubleshooting, and booking coordination in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required; training is provided.
Provide support for clients using travel booking platforms and approved systems
Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and itinerary management
Research and verify booking information within internal applications
Troubleshoot basic system or booking-related issues
Escalate complex technical concerns when necessary
Maintain accurate client records and system documentation
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Participate in training and ongoing professional development
