Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery orders, resolving issues and providing timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to keep updated on industry trends and service improvements.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
• A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and the food industry.
• Previous experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, adapting to shifts in priorities.
