About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent for U.S.-based companies.

This role requires a strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, including software development, infrastructure, data, product, and cybersecurity roles. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure—while partnering closely with clients to ensure successful, business-aligned hires.

Responsabilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for U.S.-based companies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.).
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical competencies, problem-solving skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
  • Stay up to date on IT hiring trends, in-demand tech stacks, and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

Must-Haves for the Role

    • 3–5 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles for U.S.-based companies.
    • Strong knowledge of technical positions such as Software Engineer (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Product Manager, Cybersecurity roles, and IT Support.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
    • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate core technical skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
    • Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).

Nice-to-Haves for the Role

  • Experience recruiting remote tech talent in LATAM or the Philippines.
  • Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance requirements.
  • Experience hiring for startups, SaaS companies, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Basic understanding of common tech stacks (JavaScript frameworks, cloud platforms, DevOps tools, etc.).
  • Background in staffing agencies or tech-focused recruitment firms.
