Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding services and product inquiries.
  • Deliver accurate information, resolve issues, and support customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to ensure smooth communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and address recurring issues effectively.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and brand updates to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in a multinational environment, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer support.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to empathize with customer concerns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable with standard office software.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia and experience life in Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered.
