Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for an Albanian Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in the vibrant city of Sofia, with paid relocation included. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Albanian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and requests are handled with care and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Albanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our offerings and guide customers through any issues they may encounter.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner, aiming for high satisfaction levels.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address client questions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in a multinational environment, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural experience with provided relocation support.
