Role Summary

The Remote Customer Success Support team member delivers high-quality client assistance by supporting travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. This position focuses on enhancing the client experience, providing timely support, and maintaining administrative accuracy in a fully remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel planning and travel-related needs

  • Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems

  • Provide accurate information and tailored recommendations based on client preferences and budget

  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries promptly

  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and organized records
