Role Summary
The Help Desk Support Specialist provides responsive remote assistance to clients by addressing inquiries, supporting travel-related requests, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. This role centers on problem resolution, client satisfaction, and administrative accuracy within a remote support environment.
