Key Responsibilities

• Deliver back office support for inquiries from Norwegian-speaking customers, managing communications through various channels.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions, internal processes, and any discrepancies that arise.
• Identify and propose enhancements to processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Keep abreast of gaming industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed and knowledgeable support.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the gaming field.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both oral and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles, preferably in the gaming sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
