Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding Fitbit devices via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, account management, and product inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex inquiries as needed.

Requirements
