You must be located in Philippines to be a candidate for this role.

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer and Administrator to own the development, configuration, and ongoing support of our Dynamics 365 online environment. This role is central to how our teams operate and how our systems talk to each other. You will work across Power Platform, Dynamics customization, and integrations to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support real business needs.

This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization. Success depends not only on technical execution, but on the ability to understand business processes, gather clear requirements, and deliver solutions that genuinely solve the problems they are meant to address.

This role blends hands on development with platform stewardship. You will be expected to both build and maintain.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in an online environment
  • Develop and customize model driven apps using Power Apps
  • Build, manage, and support Power Automate flows for integrations, automation, and data processing
  • Write and maintain JavaScript for form logic, business rules, and custom client side behavior
  • Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business processes
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Dataverse data, including support for operational and leadership reporting
  • Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing use of Dynamics 365 applications, with a focus on Customer Service and Project Operations
  • Troubleshoot issues across Dynamics, Power Platform, and integrations, and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in solution design reviews, testing, and release management

Additional Responsibilities (Requirement Gathering and Delivery)

  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements
  • Translate business needs into well structured Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Participate in solution planning and estimation alongside other technical team members
  • Actively manage work through a ticketing system using sprint or kanban based workflows
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies clearly
  • Support user acceptance testing by responding to feedback, fixing defects, and refining solutions
  • Close the loop on completed tickets with proper documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign off

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Office365 and Dynamics365 tools/technologies
  • Strong experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM online
  • Deep working knowledge of Power Apps for model driven applications
  • Extensive experience with Power Automate, including complex workflows and integrations
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for Dynamics 365 customization
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and security
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using Dataverse data
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a production CRM environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying or supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Experience deploying or supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  • Familiarity with Azure services used alongside Dynamics, such as Azure Functions or Logic Apps
  • Experience with ALM practices for Power Platform and Dynamics solutions

Recommended Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent hands on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Dataverse
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
