Location: Remote within Greece

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide advanced-level support to customers in German (C2 proficiency required).
    • Communicate fluently in English (C1 level) to collaborate with team members and escalate queries when needed.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • German: C2 (native/near-native).
    • English: C1 (advanced).
    • Technical Skills: Advanced technical abilities to troubleshoot and assist customers effectively.
    • Eligibility to Work in Greece:
      • EU citizenship.

      • Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit card.

      • Certificate of Protection (refugees).

      • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

      The Recruitment Process:

      1. Client’s application review.

      2. Online language proficiency tests.

      3. Final interview with the client.

      Start Date: 09.03.2026

      Relocation Support – Two Options

      1. All expenses covered: Flight + Hotel stay + Real estate agency fee
      2. Alternative package: €250 relocation allowance + Real estate agency fee covered
