Role Summary

The Remote Customer Success Support role provides comprehensive support to clients by conducting detailed travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. This position focuses on customer service excellence, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy in a fully remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with detailed itinerary planning and travel coordination

  • Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems

  • Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budget

  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related concerns in a timely manner

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation

  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
