What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring key affiliate partners.
  • Systematically expanding and updating the partner database for long-term growth.
  • Conducting negotiations and establishing mutually beneficial CPA-based collaborations with transparent KPIs and a reward system.
  • Regular performance monitoring of partners, preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales and conversions.
  • Building a pool of target media resources and establishing professional contacts with authors and editors.
  • Initiating collaborations aimed at securing organic product mentions in editorial content.
  • Organizing the shipment of product samples to authors and editorial offices.
  • Monitoring publication releases, evaluating their effectiveness, and generating performance reports.

What we're looking for:

  • Over one year of successful experience conducting business negotiations in English (C1 level) with partners in IT outsourcing, marketing, and affiliate agencies.
  • Proficient in B2B Lead Generation techniques: from identifying decision-makers and sourcing their contact information to executing Cold Outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
  • Strong skills in deep data work within MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization). Experience in systematically managing and updating counterparty databases in CRM systems.
  • Understanding of the full partnership lifecycle — from initial contact to concluding long-term agreements and analyzing partnership effectiveness.
