About the Role

We are looking for a digital-first "Hunter" to fuel growth. This is not a traditional "boots on the ground" sales role; instead, you will be the architectural backbone of our sales funnel. Your mission is to utilize digital tools, public data, and market research to identify high-value commercial projects and deliver warm, qualified leads to senior outside sales team.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor public commercial sites (construction bids, planning board meetings, and permit filings) to identify new developments before the "ground is broken."
  • Digital Prospecting: Diligently navigate LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms to identify key decision-makers (Property Managers, Developers, Architects, and General Contractors).
  • Lead Cultivation: Convert "cold" data into "warm" leads through strategic outreach, personalized messaging, and initial discovery calls.
  • CRM Mastery: Utilize CoreBridge to enter leads, track touchpoints, and manage the hand-off process to the outside sales team.
  • Emerging Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying growing sectors (e.g., new medical facilities, retail rebrands, or EV charging station rollouts) to position our services early.
  • List Building: Generate and maintain highly targeted prospecting lists based on geographic and vertical market research.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in lead generation or sales development in the Sign Industry
  • Sales Driven: You show hunger for growth and are self-motivated.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook Business Suite, and Google-based research.
  • Systems Oriented: Willingness to become a power user of CoreBridge (or similar shop management software).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you must be comfortable "opening the door" via email or phone.
  • The "Detective" Mindset: You enjoy the hunt. You know how to find a CEO’s name when it’s not listed and how to track down the project manager for a new shopping center.
