Sales Development Representative (Coaching Business)

  • Hire Overseas

Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to own the critical middle of a high-performing enrollment funnel for a business coaching company serving founders and operators. This role is not cold outbound from scratch. You will work warm, high-intent leads who have already engaged with ads and live events and guide them through the next steps with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

You will be responsible for following up after webinar registration, confirming attendance for in-person experiences, vetting fit, and booking qualified prospects onto sales calls with the founder. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, lead qualification, and relationship-based follow-up rather than aggressive closing.

If you enjoy structured sales processes, meaningful conversations with business owners, and helping strong leads move forward without pressure tactics, this role is a strong fit.

Why You’ll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive
  • Work with a proven funnel that already generates high-quality demand
  • Direct collaboration with founders and senior leadership
  • Opportunity to help systematize and scale a sales process that is already working

What You’ll Work On

Lead Follow-Up and Nurture

  • Engage leads immediately after webinar registration
  • Follow up via text, email, and Zoom to confirm attendance and answer questions
  • Build rapport and trust with business owners through clear, professional communication
  • Reduce drop-off between webinar registration and live or in-person attendance

Event Attendance and Conversion Support

  • Confirm attendance for in-person events and manage reminders and follow-ups
  • Handle logistics-related communication such as confirmations, reminders, and expectations
  • Maintain a high show-up rate through consistent, human follow-up

Qualification and Vetting

  • Conduct short qualification conversations to assess business fit
  • Confirm prospects align with the target audience before booking sales calls
  • Identify red flags early and route only qualified prospects forward

Calendar Booking and Sales Handoff

  • Book qualified prospects onto sales calls with the founder
  • Ensure clean handoffs with clear notes and context for each lead
  • Follow up with no-shows or reschedules to recover missed opportunities

CRM and Workflow Management

  • Work inside GoHighLevel to manage conversations, tasks, and sequences
  • Keep lead records clean, accurate, and up to date
  • Follow established workflows while contributing feedback to improve them over time

What You Bring

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or client qualification
  • Experience working warm or inbound leads rather than pure cold outbound
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Comfort speaking with business owners, founders, or operators
  • Ability to build trust without pressure or scripted sales tactics
  • Organized, consistent, and reliable with follow-up
  • Comfortable working with Zoom, SMS, email, and CRM tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience in coaching, consulting, education, or high-ticket service businesses
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting funnels that include webinars or live events
  • Understanding of trades, local service businesses, or founder-led companies

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining your experience working with inbound or warm sales leads
