About the Role

We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are passionate about lead generation, outbound outreach, and making an impact in the insurance and InsurTech sectors. You’ll be working directly with high-growth companies transforming how insurance products are sold, serviced, and experienced. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, persistent problem-solvers, and motivated by targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients in the insurance industry, including brokers, carriers, and InsurTech startups.
  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives or sales leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on trends in insurance, compliance regulations, and emerging digital solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling (experience in the insurance industry is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and a self-starter mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting software.
  • A strong interest in the insurance sector and digital transformation.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment across time zones.
