Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently manage customer inquiries, assist with hotel bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Document customer interactions accurately to assist in enhancing service delivery.

Requirements
