Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the day-to-day liaison between our clients and internal creative teams. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. You’ll balance strategic thinking with flawless execution, keeping both clients and teams aligned and energized.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client account(s)
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
  • Lead day-to-day account management, including meetings, timelines, and deliverables
  • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, and production teams
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets; flag risks and recommend solutions
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure high-quality work and on-time delivery
  • Review creative and strategic work to ensure it meets client goals and agency standards
  • Present work and campaign results to clients with confidence and clarity
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to post-campaign reporting and insights
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate on upsell or cross-sell initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred; HS Diploma required
  • 2+ years of experience in an account management role at an advertising, marketing, or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, media, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
  • Experience managing mid- to large-scale client accounts
  • Familiarity with project management tools and marketing analytics platforms
  • Experience collaborating with creative, media, and strategy teams

In accordance with applicable pay-transparency laws, the compensation range for this role reflects a good-faith estimate based on factors including internal equity, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market data. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer. Range: $65,000-78,000 USD annually.
