This role is intended for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and dedicated to delivering excellent customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries related to streaming content, subscriptions, and platform features.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding streaming services, including account issues, content access, and subscription plans via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information on available shows, movies, and other content to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with technical issues related to the streaming platform, ensuring effective resolutions.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs proactively.
• Stay informed about the streaming industry trends and content updates to provide timely assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or streaming sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and support.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle inquiries effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and customer service software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
