We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the success of our Customer Continuity Team (CCT) regionally. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth, reliable operations during critical system cutovers, safeguarding the experience of customers and patients while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

You Will:

  • Lead regional readiness programs, governance routines, and milestone tracking for multiday system cutovers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, ensuring risks are identified early and mitigated.
  • Support customer and patient communications to ensure clarity during transition periods.
  • Maintain key documentation, dashboards, and risk registers as the single source of truth.
  • Provide structured updates, issue management, and escalation support during cutover windows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional or multi-regional programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with customer-facing operations, supply chain, service, or cutover programs (preferred).
  • A structured, disciplined approach to governance, risk, and readiness planning.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across teams and regions.
