About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating advertising creatives, product images, packaging designs, and digital assets for eCommerce platforms. This role is hands-on, autonomous, and highly collaborative, offering the opportunity to influence creative direction and optimize design for performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visuals for the Amazon shop, including main image stacks, A+ content, brand store modules, and occasionally video storyboard support.
  • Create iterative main images and marketing assets to improve search rankings and click-through rates, while ensuring compliance with platform rules.
  • Design advertising creatives, product images, social media assets, and packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and web development teams to deliver impactful designs.
  • Execute projects independently while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Utilize AI tools and other technologies to improve workflow, speed, and efficiency without compromising design quality.
  • Suggest improvements and take ownership of creative initiatives to enhance product presentation and campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on design trends, eCommerce best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve work quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with hands-on experience in eCommerce preferred.
  • Strong experience with Photoshop and other design tools; flexibility to adapt to new tools as needed.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow, speed, and creativity without compromising design quality.
  • Proven ability to execute designs with attention to detail, creativity, and consistency.
  • Understanding of Amazon eCommerce platforms, product marketing, and visual merchandising.
  • Written and verbal English; able to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Cultural fit: Ownership, proactive mindset, detail-oriented, effective communicator, team player, and autonomous.

Benefits

Salary: 2,000 USD + per month, with flexibility.

Schedule: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, with flexibility of 3–4 hours as needed.

PTO: Typically two weeks plus local holidays, with flexibility depending on country.

Additional: End-of-year bonus structure based on performance.
