Enroute is seeking an Embedded Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology platform initiatives within a structured governance model.

This role is responsible for driving predictable, high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Security, and external partners. You will serve as the single point of accountability, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution excellence in a multi-stakeholder environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong delivery leader with experience managing enterprise technology programs, navigating ambiguity, and proactively mitigating risks while maintaining momentum across initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise platforms or large-scale system initiatives.
  • Strong experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across technical and business domains.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.

Strongly preferred:

  • Experience in regulated or audit-driven environments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
  • Background working with distributed or global teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives, from planning through execution and release.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Establish governance practices, reporting structures, and execution cadences.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities with a proactive mindset.
  • Provide executive-level updates including delivery confidence, key risks, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure clarity of ownership and successful outcomes.
  • Promote disciplined delivery practices that support audit readiness and operational excellence.
