We are building a parenting culture rooted in confidence, not comparison — starting with how families choose to feed their babies. Our European-style infant formula is crafted with intentionally sourced, organic ingredients, giving parents a product they feel proud to feed their babies, delivered directly to their doorstep. The formula is uniquely designed to meet both U.S. FDA and EU standards.

Although the majority of parents use formula during their baby’s first year, many feel unnecessary stigma for not exclusively breastfeeding. Founded by mothers and developed alongside scientists, nutritionists, pediatricians, and lactation consultants, the team understands firsthand that feeding is not one-size-fits-all. Our mission is to empower parents to feed their babies with confidence.

The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Production Designer to support our Creative Studio within the Brand & Marketing organization. Reporting to the Art Lead, this role focuses on executing branded materials and putting the final polish on creative projects.

This position is ideal for a collaborative team player and creative problem-solver who obsesses over quality in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Brand Design team by executing design deliverables across all owned and paid channels (paid media, organic, email, landing pages, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Creative Studio and Marketing team in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Champion visual consistency and high-quality execution to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to deliver assets that support lifecycle marketing and paid initiatives
  • Partner with Platform and Product teams to maintain a cohesive brand experience across Brand, Marketing, and Product
  • Review project briefs and requirements, delivering final designs that meet creative and technical standards
  • Prepare supplied artwork in multiple formats for production and resolve issues that arise during execution
  • Manage priorities across multiple projects while delivering detailed assets on time using internal asset management systems (e.g., Google Drive, Asana)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in an agency, in-house, or startup environment
  • Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Google Workspace
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating range, scale, and a refined visual aesthetic
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition
  • Highly collaborative team player who can also work independently, prioritize effectively, and iterate quickly
  • Strong design thinking and execution skills with close attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfort participating in constructive design critiques and incorporating feedback
