As we continue to scale, we are seeking a mentor-style Community Manager who can lead from the front, motivating creators daily, holding them accountable, and guiding them with clarity, confidence, and proven experience.
This role is not a technical support or moderation position. It is a high-impact mentorship role focused on creator performance, communication, and activation.
We are hiring a Community Manager (Creator Mentor) to lead and mentor a dedicated pod of TikTok Shop creators. This role blends mindset coaching, accountability, performance guidance, and daily hands-on communication.
You will act as a trusted mentor and motivator — helping creators overcome hesitation, stay consistent, improve content quality, and execute proven TikTok Shop strategies with confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who:
● Has strong English communication
● Has personally generated meaningful TikTok results
● Thrives in high-energy, people-facing environments
● Enjoys leading, motivating, and pushing creators to perform
● Mentor and manage a dedicated pod of TikTok Shop creators
● Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators through daily communication
● Provide mindset coaching, encouragement, and firm accountability
● Proactively call creators to ensure consistency with filming and posting
● Maintain high community energy through motivation, reminders, and celebration of wins
● Serve as a visible leader within the creator community
● Review creator content and provide high-level performance feedback, including:
○ Hooks and openers
○ Story flow and structure
○ On-camera presence and confidence
○ Messaging clarity and positioning
● Coach creators on improving results using established TikTok Shop strategies
● Track creator consistency, momentum, and performance trends
● Report insights, challenges, and creator progress to leadership
● Collaborate closely with internal coaches and the operations team to uphold community standards
● Not a technical onboarding or SOP-heavy role
● Not focused on Discord moderation or platform troubleshooting
● Not a behind-the-scenes support position
(This role is complementary to a separate Technical Community Moderator position.)
Requirements
● Excellent spoken and written English (clear, confident, and professional)
● Proven experience generating results on TikTok (views, sales, GMV, or growth metrics)
● Strong coaching or mentorship presence — creators listen to you and take action
● High energy, positive, and motivating communication style
● Comfortable with frequent calls, direct feedback, and hands-on leadership
● Ability to hold creators accountable with warmth, clarity, and authority
● Organized, reliable, and consistent
● Growth-minded and excited to operate in a high-performance coaching culture
