Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about automotive insurance policies and claims, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Document customer interactions and claims details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve your knowledge and skills in automotive insurance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native languange is clearly stated in your application.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
