This role offers the unique opportunity to work in the beautiful environment of Greece. As a customer service agent, you will play a vital role in assisting Dutch-speaking clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries about products and services.
  • Offer detailed product information, assist with account management, and help customers troubleshoot any issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Log and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions for customer issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Remain updated on product lines, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with standard office software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the company’s products and services.
