This role allows you to work in the vibrant setting of Greece, where you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide them with outstanding service.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft products and services.
  • Provide users with comprehensive information on product features, troubleshooting tips, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to provide seamless support and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on new products, software updates, and company policies to assist customers accurately.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the technology or software sector.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in general office software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about Microsoft products and services.
