Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to PayPal services and accounts.
  • Provide accurate information regarding transactions, billing, and account management.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining quality and consistency in service delivery.

  • Stay informed about PayPal's offerings, updates, and security measures to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
