Mercier Consultancy MD is eager to recruit a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for Eneco, one of the leading energy companies, with the opportunity to work in beautiful Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding support and service to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with their energy needs and inquiries.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to energy services and products offered by Eneco.
  • Provide accurate information regarding account management, billing, and service options.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality control and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the efficient processing of customer requests and enhancements to the service experience.
  • Stay informed about Eneco's offerings, campaigns, and regulatory changes to deliver up-to-date support to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the energy or utility sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to handle conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A genuine interest in the energy sector and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
