VirtueStaff is seeking a versatile and creative video-first professional to join our client's marketing agency. This role is heavily focused on production, with most of the workload dedicated to high-impact video content, supplemented by professional graphic design for static assets. The ideal candidate is an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite who can conceptualize and execute engaging short-form videos and motion graphics specifically tailored for social media advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of short-form videos optimized for various social media ad platforms
• Utilize advanced techniques in After Effects to add dynamic motion graphics to video content, increasing viewer retention and engagement
• Design high-quality static assets, including professional email templates and social media advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creative assets align with current advertisement strategies and brand standards
• Manage projects from initial concept through final export, ensuring all technical requirements for social platforms are met

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with specific mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Proven track record in creating short-form social media advertisements
• Advanced video editing and motion graphics capabilities
• Strong foundational skills in graphic design for digital layouts
• Candidates must demonstrate an ability to produce professional-grade advertisement videos and static designs
