Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product information to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to assist in service enhancement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about products, services, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
