They’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Web Designer & Support Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day website support requests and collaborate with their web, SEO, and ads teams to build and maintain high-quality WordPress sites using Elementor.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consistent work, clear responsibilities, and being part of a small, engaged team.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support Tickets
    • Handle incoming website support tickets (Monday–Friday)
    • Perform simple updates and fixes such as adding pages, editing content, fixing broken widgets, or making layout adjustments
    • Respond to tickets in a timely manner (within 24 hours for simple requests)
  • Web Design & Development
    • Build new client websites using WordPress + Elementor
    • Work closely with the Web Team Lead and Web Team Manager to deliver projects on time
  • SEO Team Support
    • Create new pages and update existing pages based on SEO team requests
  • Ads Team Support
    • Design, update, and optimize landing pages for paid advertising campaigns

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor
  • Experience using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
  • Understanding of basic web design principles
  • Understanding of basic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices
  • Proficient English (able to understand support requests and communicate clearly with clients via email)
  • Reliable and consistent — tickets come in daily, and timely responses are expected

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other CMS platforms (Webflow, Squarespace, Wix)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
