As a representative, you will assist customers in Danish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless booking process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about available accommodations, rates, and Booking.com policies.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their reservations and offer effective solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels throughout.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for trackability and future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and streamline booking processes.
  • Stay informed about new features, promotions, and updates on the Booking.com platform to offer the best assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers positively and professionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and booking platforms is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
