Total AI Systems Inc. is seeking an innovative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As we aim to reshape the AI-driven debt collection landscape, your role will be pivotal in crafting compelling stories, creating engaging content and driving brand awareness to establish us as thought leaders in our industry.

Your Mission: Create, execute, and optimize a content strategy that resonates with our target audience—debt collection professionals and businesses seeking modern solutions. You will utilize your expertise to develop various forms of content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media content, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create & Publish Content:
• Write blog posts, social media captions, articles and website content based on provided briefs
• Write social media posts and captions for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Design simple but professional graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
• Create and edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Run Content Marketing Campaigns:
• Build, manage and publish our content calendar
• Schedule and post content across social media channels
• Repurpose content across formats (blog → social → video snippets)
• Track & Report Results:
• Set up and optimize Google AdWords campaigns
• Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions
• Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, clicks)
• Share regular updates on what was published and how it performed
• Flag issues, questions, or learnings early and clearly
• Other Marketing Efforts:
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Update landing pages and website copy
• Research competitors or industry topics when requested

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or a similar role.

• Comfortable following instructions and executing independently.
• A strong writer with good attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven.
• Eager to learn and improve your marketing skills.
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Ads, WordPress (or similar CMS), Social media platforms and scheduling tools.

• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress).
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate compelling ideas and strategies.
