Overview
We are seeking a creative, highly organized designer to produce and manage marketing assets for user acquisition, YouTube, and social channels. This role covers capturing in-app footage, creating high-performing ad creatives, and managing asset organization and metadata. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within brand guidelines, handling fast turnarounds, and delivering assets across multiple formats and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop video and image ad creatives for Google Ads, YouTube, and social channels.
· Produce multiple creative formats and lengths tailored to platform requirements.
· Capture gameplay video and screenshots from app builds for use in ads, YouTube, and social content.
· Upload videos directly to YouTube, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and metadata.
· Collaborate with marketing team to deliver performance-driven assets.
· Follow IP partner brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality across all deliverables.
· Create, maintain and store projects for ease of access and use by other employees.
· Manage exports, aspect ratios, and technical specs for platforms like Google Ads and YouTube (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc).
· Deliver quick-turn iterations and multiple versions to support ongoing creative testing.
· Explore, evaluate, and use AI powered tools to improve efficiency, iteration speed, and asset production quality.
· Apply AI tools where appropriate for tasks such as video editing assistance, resizing, versioning, metadata generation, and workflow automation.
· Maintain and update the UA asset inventory spreadsheet with links and metadata.
· Create, maintain, and organize projects to ensure easy access and usability for other employees.
Skills and Qualifications
