Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative – Portugal / Remote

Location: Portugal (Remote)
Language: Danish (C1/C2) + English (B2)
Contract: Full-time, Indefinite
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00

We are hiring Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading European automotive group, working across premium and mass-market automotive brands.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering a high-quality service experience in a structured, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Provide accurate information related to vehicles, services, warranties, and digital solutions

  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation in CRM systems

  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

  • Stay updated on brand policies, services, and processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey

Requirements

  • Danish C1/C2 or native

  • English B2

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Interest in automotive topics and digital tools

  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,500 gross × 14 months

  • Complexity bonus: €80 × 11 months

  • Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
