We are hiring Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading European automotive group, working across premium and mass-market automotive brands.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering a high-quality service experience in a structured, remote environment.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Provide accurate information related to vehicles, services, warranties, and digital solutions
Maintain clear and detailed documentation in CRM systems
Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Danish C1/C2 or native
English B2
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments
Interest in automotive topics and digital tools
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Base salary: €1,500 gross × 14 months
Complexity bonus: €80 × 11 months
Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
