We are looking for a meticulous and proactive QA Analyst to ensure our new direct-to-consumer mental health user experiences and marketing materials are seamless, reliable, and high-performing. In a 0→1 environment, we move fast—but in the mental health space, "breaking things" isn't an option when it comes to user trust and privacy.
As a member of the Consumer Team, you will be the final gatekeeper of quality. You won’t just be following a checklist; you will be designing the entire testing strategy from scratch, ensuring that every new feature, experiment, and landing page provides a "pixel-perfect" experience across all devices.
The consumer team is a newly formed team that is building the future of D2C mental health from scratch. The team is a lean, fast-moving team tasked with taking our newest product from stealth to launch within the next few months. We’re currently in the 'pre-launch' phase, looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity and want the autonomy to help drive growth for the product from day zero.
What you’ll be doing:
Design the QA Framework: Build our 0→1 testing infrastructure, including manual test plans, and cross-browser/cross-device validation.
Rapid Experimentation Support: Partner with Growth PMs and Frontend Engineers to validate A/B tests and new features at high velocity, ensuring tracking pixels and conversion flows are flawless.
End-to-End Validation: Own the testing lifecycle for our growth features and web experiences—from functional and UI testing to verifying complex API integrations and data privacy standards.
User Advocacy: Think like our users. You will proactively identify UX friction points and edge cases that could prevent a user from successfully navigating their mental health journey.
Bug Tracking and Management: Direct the process of identifying, documenting, and prioritizing bugs. You’ll work across the team to ensure high-priority fixes are deployed before they impact the user experience.
What you need to have:
3+ Years in QA: Proven experience in manual and automated testing for B2C mobile and web products.
The "Growth" Mindset: You understand the urgency of a launch. You can pivot quickly between deep-dive functional testing and rapid "sanity checks" for marketing landing pages.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with modern QA tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress), API testing (Postman), and mobile debugging tools (Xcode/Android Studio).
Obsessive Attention to Detail: You notice the small pixel misalignment, the slightly off-brand hex code, and the edge case that others miss.
0-1 Mentality: You thrive in the "build phase." You are excited about setting up Jira workflows, test repositories, and documentation from the ground up.
Empathetic Testing: An understanding that our users may be in a vulnerable state. You test for clarity, safety, and ease of use, not just technical correctness.
AI-Forward: You are already using AI to 10x your output, from scripting to visual assets.
