Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

The Inside Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining a loan sales pipeline by working directly with mortgage brokers in their network.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers; Contact and solicit mortgage brokers and bankers regarding Quontic’s unique, highly competitive, niche, wholesale mortgage loan programs.
  • Facilitate broker and banker sign-ups into Quontic’s broker-wholesale lending program.
  • Proactively seek ways to develop and expand customer relationships in order to contribute to the company's success.
  • Maintain daily workflow prioritization and communication to ensure urgent matters are dealt with and closings occur in a timely manner.
  • Achieve sales and referral goals by developing customer rapport and collaborating with mortgage operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain sales contact database and send weekly correspondence on programs and procedures.
  • Revitalize dormant leads through strategic and persistent cold calling efforts, employing effective communication and relationship-building skills to understand client needs and rekindle interest, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base.
  • Maintain regular communication with the brokers and inform brokers of changes and enhancements in processes and procedures.
  • Develop marketing ideas and plan for the continued increase in volume.
  • Analyze and prequalify applicants to determine the eligibility of the desired loan program.
  • Effectively explain and communicate the terms of the product to brokers and bankers.
  • Ensure the borrower signs all required documents.
  • Gather all initial documentation based on the selected loan program.
  • Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent); OR high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years of experience in functional area.
  • Working knowledge of Non-QM products.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience within the mortgage market, and with loan origination functions including broker experience using Encompass loan origination software.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365 and the following technology: HubSpot CRM, Encompass.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume call center environment (B2B experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in successfully revitalizing dormant leads through cold calling.
  • Knowledge of underwriting and/or closing procedures and regulations.
  • Willingness to pursue continuing education, certifications, etc. as applicable to advancing in the organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak confidently.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily, and where employees wear many hats.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to think "outside the box" and prioritize tasks and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Self-directed, yet effective working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Responsive and customer-focused with a demonstrated use of professional judgment.

Benefits

Annual compensation potential of $35,000 - $150,000+. Any salary range listed is for illustrative purposes only, and is based on personal production.
