We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (Political Campaign) who can turn long-form interviews, speeches, and complex policy discussions into clear, compelling short-form video content for modern political audiences. This role is video-first and editing-led, with social distribution as a secondary responsibility.
You will focus primarily on clipping interviews, producing short-form explainers, and shaping video narratives that make nuanced political topics accessible without oversimplifying them. This role is ideal for an editor who understands pacing, captions, visual hierarchy, and how political content performs on platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
A strong understanding of US politics is required, and prior experience working on a political campaign, advocacy organization, or political media project is highly preferred.
